Jiangsu Sundy Law Firm was established in January, 1995 with the approval of Judicial Bureau of Jiangsu Province. There are more than 90 lawyers, dozens of whom possess 10 to 20 years of professional experience.   
  

    Our lawyers were educated in prestigious universities such as Peking University, Nanking University, Renmin University, Southeast University, China University of Law and Political Science, Cardiff University Law School, and University of Maryland Law School. Some of our lawyers worked with international law firms such as Allen & Overy (UK), Brosio De Cassetti (Italy), Deacons (Hong Kong), etc., and are maintaining cooperation with counterparts from USA, UK, Hong Kong and the like. Some of our lawyers, assigned and sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial government, have been trained in the United States for legal services in anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures, and capital market and relevant financial instruments. Some of the licensed lawyers have multi-disciplinary professional backgrounds and experience. Such as our maritime lawyers who have experience serving as captain or chief mate for type A non-limit international ocean vessels, real estate and construction lawyers with experience serving as an engineers, company lawyers with experience as financial economists, personal injury lawyers and medical law lawyers with experience being doctors, and public media lawyers with experience of journalists. 
 

      Twelve departments have been established within the law firm: Construction and Real-estate Department, Foreign Related Legal Affairs Department, Center for Intellectual Property Rights, Korean Business Department, Criminal Law Department, Maritime Law Department, Labor Law Department, Corporate Security Law Department, Finance and Insurance Law Department, Civil Law Department, Administrative Law Department and Legal Aid Department. Each department is staffed with lawyers who specialize in the pertinent laws, are experienced in the relevant practice areas, and are capable of providing the best legal service for our clients. Each department serves as a R&D organ, our service products such as the Corporate Legal Risk Control System and Corporate Contract Management System are very popular among our clients for emphasizing risk control from the source.
