Jiangsu Sundy Law Firm was established in Jan 1995 with the approval of Judicial Bureau of Jiangsu Province. After the merger of Nanjing Sanwei Law Firm, Nanjing Xinyexin Law Firm and Nanjing GoldenSun Law Firm, and the joining of legal professionals from Jiangsu Dangdai Guoan Law Firm and Zhongshan Mingjing Law Firm, Jiangsu Sundy Law Firm has evolved into a large, normative and comprehensive professional law firm characterized as good internal governing structure, reasonable specialized division and democratic and effective management. The area of the headquarter office of our law firm is over 1500m2, and two branches have been established in Nantong, Jiangsu Province and Wuhan, Hubei Province.

We have over 100 lawyers and assistant lawyers, including 10 lawyers with 10 to 20 years of professional experiences and 8 senior lawyers with expertise and title of senior economist and accountants, and 5 administrative staff.
